Dedicated Server + Sponsorship/Partership required

Hello everyone

You may have heard of EZ-Files before. Its an extremely popular and upcoming website that got 100's of unique hits a day and 3 000-4000+ index page views. We were going great until we were told we could no longer operate on *** servers because it was too server intensive.

I was ok with that and glad to see that they didnt want to overload their servers. But now im faced with a issue. I have a website that has lots of uniques a month but nowhere to run it on. Thats why im looking for sponsorship/partnership.

What you would get in return for sponsorship would be an average 100 000+ impressions per month (220+ uniques a day) for your banner and a quality member database who will actually browse your website.

------------- PARTNERSHIP ----------------
Partnership would involve teaming up with me and helping me to buy a dedicated server. Once bought, profits would be split AFTER the server payment has been reached. You would help me run and maintain the website also and have full access to the server and perhaps you could run your own website/host aswell (so long as it doesnt overload).

What I would require in return would be a largely discounted dedicated server. I need something along the lines of this:
AMD 1.5ghz+ OR Intel Pentium 3/4 1.5ghz+
512mb RAM
40gb Hard Drive
Ability to install cPanel/WHM at a later date
500gb bandwidth
A degree of support
Good uptime and reputation

I know this wont come cheaply, and thats why I require the sponsorship/partnership. You will get alot in return though and the rewards would fit what you would do for me.
