I'm looking for a cheap webhosting company to sign up with
I don't need much space (50mb+) and bandwith because I'm gonna use it
just to design and test my php script and twofriendshosting seem like a good
bargain
Has anyone in here have any experience with this site?

Haven't heard of them myself. However, their prices seem realistic and there doesn't appear to be any negative feedback (actually, no feedback whatsoever) at WHT so they may be an option to consider.
