The hosting that Tom provides is excellent; a professional service that doesn't cost a penny. It's been 2 months since I applied for my package and I haven't had any problems, and I don't expect any in the future. The uptime is supposed to be 99.9%, but I think it should be raised to 100%, I haven't experienced any downtime with my site at all.
