Hi i need help with my php-nuke !!!!

The Main problem is that when ever i go to this location it dosnt open!!!! and it opens after refreshing after a few times!!!! and i cant even log in to the admin area !!!! whats the problem???

That folder doesn't exist. I checked the directories in www.pakeez.be and it's not there.
