Will you be making a site for that or just a storage for your tracker?
I need hosting for a Romanian bittorrent tracker. I know that a lot of hosting services hate bittorrent but I need a host for local romanian music, not big bands from big music labels.
A site were local bands can promote their demos, videos or other similar stuff.
I need –
• 50 MB or less, we are hosting small .torrent files not mp3s.
• 1 GB of traffic per month
• 1 MySQL database
- nothing more.
No legal problems with US or other countries laws because the site language is Romanian.
Waiting for offers. I will put ads on the site and maybe I will pay the host from donations.

Yes, i own a domain. Well, i guess i will use the host just for the tracker

Then sorry we cant host you. We dont allow file storage for free sites.
The tracker has .php files and a forum, so it`s a site.

Erm, I don`t know what I was thinking.
We will have a news section, forums, chat and the download section.
If your using us as a file host then no
(if the user can't access all the files via your website interface)
However if there is a site (explaining about the bands ect...)
Then I can host you. You can join our forums.
I will check with my Co-partener that your site is ok.
It dosn't matter that its in Romanian.

Hmm, about the bands. Well, if a band wants to promote their demos they can upload their files on the tracker, very simple.
