nucleus.be doesn't require credit cards. I used registerfly.com for my first 14 (hehe, now they have a 10 domain limit), but their nameservers took a hell of a long time to update. Nucleus.be is pretty much instant for me

I used other registrars, so dont have experiance with them. But when I tried to register a .be domain, everything was fine till the 4th step... They want you to pay $0 via credit card only (there are other options like egold, stormpay etc. etc., but when i click on them, it seems the pagejust gets reloaded).

    Anyone had such problem

Get a free one from www.freebe.be, there the best, they don't ask you for a cc, and the name servers don't take that long to update.
