Hosting For Aspiring writer

Okay, this hosting is not for me but my girlfriend, I will be making/running the site though, sicne i know php html and all that stuff. She had started off writting poetry and then about 1 month ago i think, started a story and hosted it on http://www.fanfiction.net/ well you can view the story here. Today is got 9 hits and 4 reviews, it was also reviewed my a mod there, and entered into the top list for a while. She wants a website were she can put her new writtings, start a more fan base and also help newer writters, a place were everyone can talk on the forums and read each others works. She wants to upload things and maybe make some of her works downloadable. If you could please offer thsi it would be nice.

What we need is:
subdomain
php &mysql hosting
200 or more mb of space
1gb or more of brandwich

In return:
we will place a link back to your site on links page and also the main page
we will also put google banner ads ont eh bottom of some of the pages, including the main.
