what's the basic fee of paypal

I am just requesting money by paypal but they took 10% as the basic fee.
My friend tolds me paypal will not take any money when receive money.

what's wrong with my paypal

Paypal will take a % (cut) of any money that you receive, less cash for you, more money for them

Well am not fully sure on that as we have a biz account, best thing to do is contact paypal, am still 100% sure that fee's still apply whatever account you have.

i have a canadian premiere and was never charged a fee
well except to deposit to bank, wich is 50cents

send any other send/receive transactions are cut-free
