Looking For Business Partners / Staff
Hello, iBlack Hosting Solutions is looking to get back on its feet. After some hard times we were forced to shut down because our former server host shut down. After some thinking, I have decided to bring it back to life. I currently have some issues that need solving:
#1 - Lack Of Management Staff
#2 - Server
#3 - Co-Owner / Business Partner
#4 - Sponsors / Investors To Help Get Us Back Up
* Once we begin to generate monthly income, we can re-inburse the sponsor[s] or investor[s] if need be.
At iBlack Hosting Solutions we would/will offer a variety of plans ranging from web-hosting-to-website design/grafics-to-reseller hosting-to-server management-to-dedicated servers. I currently have time on my hands, but in certain cases, I can't allways be there. I'am looking for someone that is going to be reliable and willing to listen, learn quick and be a valueable asset to the company as my business partner. Before our unfortunate closing, we had close to 500 customers and with them we generated close to $2700 a month. I have had many of them come back and ask "What happened to iBlack Hosting?", And All I can say is "Were trying to get back on our feet.". Now I have the oppertunity to say "Were back to stay.". What I'm looking for are responsible, respectful and serious individuals who would like to become part of a powerful, professional hosting business. I currently after 5-6 years in the hosting business have a great knowledge base of cPanel, WHM and other hosting solutions software. So we have a strong back-bone in the company. This being said, please feel free to contact me reguarding your possible slot in the company.

I Black i never heard of you before , so how old are you and why if you ever had a company close down? And you need , Server , staff ,buisness partner ,sponsor, so tell me what will you do than if your staff and partner does everything and sponsors give server what will you be doing? Do you have knowldege of ispconfig control panel cause you state "have a great knowledge base of cPanel, WHM and other hosting solutions software" so assuming you do right?

I would say, create an extensive business plan, and look into an angel investor. You can find these investors pretty much on Google, but you have to go through a firm. Or you can always sell your company and remain on the board of the new corporation. If you are interested in selling let me know, we will do everything legal by S-Class, and incorporation papers. You will still have a seat on the board.

I agree with a1whs.com. If all of the job including the financing will be done by your partner, what will be your functions?
My function in the company would be to manage the servers / hosting sections along with produce the web-design and grafics related tasks. I'am 21 years of age.
If there are any other questions that everyone feels they need to know, please dont hesitate to ask.
No offense, but what you offer is unfair, becuase your partner will invest almost $120 a month for the server only! The staff itself costs $30/month, and also billing system, cpanel license etc. etc. + the server all thogheter $150/month minimum. And you will only do the server managment which many people offer for $30? In that case why should the partner give you %50 of the company profits, if the potential value of those shares are $1350/month.

I agree with Ako, this is why you need to have a solid business plan, or a investor that is binded to the company legally. Normally what you want to look for is a person that will invest so much money into the company, and you give them stock in your corporation. Seems like you are just wanting a business partner, but you still should consider costs, and dividing those costs to match what your partner is throwing into the deal. haha, wow... That's too funny. What are your requirements for people to work there?
You should have at least some background with web-hosting and be reliable and dedicated. Knowledge of any type of management system is good to have, any HTML, PHP, CSS, or XHTML can be used. Also any experiance with designing web-sites and/or banners, logos etc. Will also be put to use.

I do have all those requirements, except XHTML. Maybe you can pm me more details, dunno... Are there tech support jobs? If so what kind?

shall not be able to do financial investment for sure but services are available at affordable cost, just in case you need them.

If I undertsand this correctly, you are looking for a \"partner\" with the dole to fork out the servers while you do management and support, am I correct to say this?
