How/where do we rate hosts?

What is the proper way to rate/review a web host on FWS?
I really want to say some good things about some of the hosts I have found on here, and maybe not so good things on others.

Also, How does the reputation/referals/comments sytem work on FWS for rating members? ...I'm kind of lost. Just noticed that somebody was able to write something about me on my profile page.

You can leave positive or negative reputation on posts by clicking the reputation icon.

If you have tried a webhost for at least a couple of months you may post your review in Paid Hosting. Mention your webaddress and how long you've been hosted by that company.

Like I said before, click the reputation icon. You can choose to "approve" (positive) or "disapprove" (negative) and leave any comment you like.

oh and in your profile you can write down the 'best free host'

Referrals is the number of people you have referred to the forum (be it by a link, or they just put your username in the appropriate box when they registered).

By clicking the user notes link on someone's profile page you are able to leave a message. Where one views this message I don't know as I've never used the feature.
