easiest way to backup MS Outlook 2007

Does anyone know of a easy way to backup all email accounts and signatures so that when you upload the backup, you will have everything exactly how it was before the backup?

I currently use a program called "Genie Mail Backup" but unfortunately it deletes my saved passwords, email signatures, and lets say I have received 1,000 emails since my last backup, then when I create a new backup, and then upload it, it will download all the emails again since the last one.

I know you can backup all the emails you receive by backing up the inbox file from the outlook folder. Not sure if you can backup passwords though..

Yes most of the people don't have an idea about this but the best solution is copy your previous folder and after a new setup just put that outlook folder in new setup then your setup same as like previous. No need to upload again all the mails.

I agree Google is great, and I have tried it before when trying to find a easy way, but never came across the link you provided. I will try this method out later today. Thanks again!

It worked to let me backup all my folders and current emails. However, I am trying to find the folders that saves the email accounts, signatures, and contacts now. The link mentioned what files to use, but I dont see them no where.

To my knowledge, it has been like that. I found out how to save accounts using regedit, but it doesnt save the signatures.
