I have used freewebs,proboards,x10hosting. NOne of them were this bad.
Two days after setting up my account i t was suspended without warning or reason. When i asked why it was because i used the word secure[securegaming was to be a community for gamers] and because some stupid phisher used it they auto banned the word. When told it was possible to get a backup i asked to get my backup and was banned from the forums.
That is how they treat their members

I really like this free hosting site!
The support is just great, normally I get an answer within a few hours. They even have a live chat support for all my questions :p
Great uptime too!!

this webbhost requires an outside service that is trial and/or cost!
I am not pleased with this, Xtreem itself might be free, i dont know but i do know you must pay to use it services.
First step was to activate free temporair TRIAL or purchace domain name plan from co.cc in order to continue the XtreemHost registration, so in the end, this is not free, 3 $ / year might not seem like any cost but for someone who dont want to pay anything it is.
go with another webhost if you want free.
