Now ads are forced and packages are smaller
I recommend this for wizards, but do not recommend this as casual service. Free courses are good enough, but payment course is not so.
Vlexofree has good control panel, cPanel, which has File Managers, Backup Wizards, Log Analyzers, DB managers, and so on. It provides many features such as PHP, Ruby on Rail, CGI. If you face some troubles, Administrators should support within short time.
However, the service of vlexofree depends on only one machine and has no mirroring mechanism for long time. So I experienced two long downtime during these 10 months.
I continue to use this as Free webhosting, but never pay for it.
Great free hosting.

Very professional admins who actually CARE about members. Very speedy setup and excellent uptime.
Run by people who actually CARE! Tried other free hosts and had to wait weeks/months to get set up. Vlexofree account was complete over a weekend.

I have been with VlexoFree for a while now and they have a great volunteer staff and the owners are active! Quick Response to server issues and support. Alot of features! NO ads and linkbacks are forced but required!
