100gb bandwidth is 10%/5% of a server. That is way too much, I don't think a free host can afford to only have 10 or 20 accounts per server. It's going to be quite hard for you to find a host that will allow you to publish illegal programs or promote illegal activity.

All of my domains are registered with Namecheap. :) Domainsite.com is a terrible registrar, their DNS is really messy. I've heard so many bad things about them + even had a DNS issue with a customer of mine that is using Domainsite.com.
