I predicted it the moment I saw warez on the forum. Unfortunately, I was unable to make a back up of my data, and it was all lost. I asked if they had made any backups, and have not received any reply; so, it's a big no.
Not that I have to say this, but I wouldn't suggest this host to anyone.
I'm looking for a reliable free host (new to the game? please don't reply) to host my domain. I'm using the domain for a blog, and a development wiki for an online game (using WikkaWiki). I might also host a small forum, but I am unsure.
What I am looking for should be one of the smaller...
I generally accept ads, as long as they are customizable. I don't want to build a website based around a banner ad... some of those ads have really horrible color choices. :P The exceptions are pop-ups, pop-unders, etc.
If I was 18, and had a steady job, I'd probably donate a few dollars a...
I am looking for free webhosting to create a PHP-based character creation application for an online RPG. I only need this hosting to create the product, not to host it. I'm on a shared computer, and the owner would rather not have Apache and PHP installed on this machine.
What I need is around...

This host is alright if you plan on just a bare-bones HTML website. Free plan does not include any other scripting languages (that means no PHP/MySQL/ASP/CGI/PERL/Ruby(onRails)/etc).
Space: ~100mb
Bandwidth: 500-1gb
PHP5, MySQL
RubyOnRails: not required
FTP
TLD support
Subdomains: ~5
cPanel

It seems I've been suspended from KwiX host (probably for not posting on their forums :cry2:), so I'm here looking for webhosting. I will be using my own TLD .net domain.
As...
I'd do all the chitter-chatter I usually do, but alas, nobody really seems to read it. So, I'll just list the guidelines and explain along the way.
75-100 megabytes of webspace.
Decent amount of bandwidth (I don't need the tremendous amount most free hosts "offer" nowadays)
PHP5 as well...
What would be the best way to combine my old Win98 drive with my new WinXP drive? They're both FAT32, since I wasn't the one who installed either and I wasn't there during installation. Right now, the Win98 drive is just 19GB of space I'm never going to use, and I'd like to merge it.
I design and code for a game called GraalOnline. I work with a custom coding language called GScript (which is based off of PHP) and I design levels for certain servers using a custom-made editor.
I've recently become suspicious of my current host, and don't really feel comfortable being located on their server. So, I'm looking for a host that can meet or beat these minimum requirements:
Space: >= 100 MB.
Bandwidth: >= 700 MB (I used 150+ mb last month, and my site isn't even finished)...
Hm, I'm just getting more suspicious. The site is now just a blank page. I've sent a ticket through iPanel. I'm going to log in to FTP and back everything up just in case.
In retrospect, I probably shouldn't have signed up for a host that had no TOS.. or rules of any kind.
I've been using councilPop hosting for a while now. Today, I tried to log in to my cPanel to debug some CSS. I entered my username and password, but I got a page that displays "Cannot Read License File". Is my host using an illegal copy of cPanel?
I was wondering if anyone knew any sites that pay money (via PayPal) to complete offers? I've looked at many, but the ones I've looked at have offers that give .05 points, when it takes 20 points to earn $10. The only offers that give decent points require credit cards (which I'm definitely...
Have you tried logging in to your account on the Clearify.net website and contacting them? I know that it sounds like something I should simply assume you have done, but you didn't state that you did, and sometimes people overlook support via website.
Here I am again, looking for hosting. The current host I have isn't exactly terrible, and I can't put my finger on why, but I'm simply not satisfied with them. Here's what I'm looking for in a nice, clean, easy-to-read list:
Disk Space: Anything below 1GB
Bandwidth: Anything below 5GB...
If you had just registered it, the parked page would appear until the DNS can propagate the new nameservers. crooked-teeth.com now points to a page with a contact form. It's simply a matter of waiting.
Oh, no, you've pegged me wrong. I wouldn't go with a host that just gives resellers right off the bat, but there's a lot of people on the forums that are looking for that. I just thought I'd same them the wasted time if they don't want to work for the reseller.
