You don't have to have a credit card. My account is 'unverified' but I've recieved just over $700 US in the past week, and theres no problems transferring it or anything, infact the money transferred into my CDN bank account overnight.

You might want to check the site in firefox, theres a whole lot of errors/clipping. XHTML is your friend.
