3gb space is really a lot to ask for in free hosting... the closest thing to that I can think of is http://www.rabidhosting.com 's Bronze package, which offers 1gb for free, but even that requires 200 posts before you can request.

Just curious, but is it true that if the English version of anime is not officially licensed (picked up for translation), that makes it legal to post fan translations for download online? If it is, I'm just wondering if this would apply to manga as well.
