Well after two weeks I finally received my dbase. It was supposed to be transfered to the website, but instaed it was mailed to me--it is a *.sql file. I have zero idea what I should do with it. I suppose I have to integrate the old information (from the *.sql file) into my new and empty...

Has anyone had their old dbase transfered over yet? Or better...anybody running vbulletin before and after the server switch fiasco using the same dbase? Yesterday when I logged into plesk I noticed tha a new dbase was created for me (same name as before), but that it was empty :rolleyes...

Ironic is not the word I would have used...:rolleyes: but things are starting to get better with my site--I think ny dbase is about to migrate over...

That really pisses me off! b/c I've been waiting for along time for a response. NONE of my emails concerning dbases were answered--wonder why. Anybody else know of a web hosting service that offers (and delivers) the same service for around the same price? Just curious :confused:

I'm in the same boat as magik2k Well I'm not holding much hope that my dbase will ever be transfered and my old forum restored to normal (I was using Vbulletin). I'm not an expert when it comes to mysql, but can anyone tell me if this would work. .. If I change my name servers back to the old...
