Turns out our (freewebspace.net) move from Liquid Web to WiredTree has now been reversed by Liquid Web buying WiredTree... In my experience WiredTree has been better than Liquid Web was. But we'll see what happens now. Prices will not change for current WiredTree customers according to a letter...

I'm curious if a regular Wordpress blog would be better/cheaper to host at Amazon cloud (or Google cloud) than a small vps? Anyone tried Amazon? To me it looks like a lot easier to use a vps with cpanel etc? Amazon CloudFormation or EC2?

Sorry about the last day or so of dns and database issues. The dns isssue has been resolved (we changed nameservers) and it now looks like the database is ok again too.
