i'll try myjspace again. They said i was blocking their ads 6 times i didn't even start my site.

Try out www.free.custom-hosting.net for your hosting.
20mb space
300mb bandwidth
You can place any ads/links etc. on your site.
A banner will have to be placed on your site, not auto so you can design so it will intregrate with your website.
The banner is not required yet but it will be in a few weeks.
There is also an option to upgrade to a premium account from www.custom-hosting.net
The free accounts have ensim control panel with cPanel also available which is an added plus
