Hmmm...sorry, I didn't observed small fil size (where is small file size mentioned, I didn't find it) but I think this site can help many people...

I Thinks it's for more space if needed, and own domain? I didn't gave any creditcard infos but still got all ftp and other domain infos sent to me...

At last it's a working host, and it is a fast host!
FTP has incredible speed and PHP forum I installed there run fast as hell (Invision board Software).

If someone stay long, is something nobody knows...they may stay as long as the host you KBC always advertise here, with the different that they doesn't make stupid choices of who get account and who doesn't get account :D

Why would the host need a file size limit if it meters data transfer?

the mysql server path is "localpath" right? cos I keep getting this message >_<
