Can we host media files on the server?
It depends on the type of media you want to host. You can only upload media that are made by yourself, for example, a video made by you. Unless it is made by yourself, it is not allowed on the server. Thank you for your understanding.

I already got their "reseller plan" so I really understand and also support their

beneficial plans.
 
The website has an error there. I think there are many of errors there.

When I click the site, it prompted me to download the wierd file.
 
yeah!! I got that error too! I think it's a problem of php4/5. Even the forums are down. The whole thing is down! It's crazy! Is it ever going to be back up again??
 
Agreed all I get is a prompt asking me to download a file called application/x-httpd-php. The link/site needs to be fixed.
 
Yes, the main site is down but if you are already hosted you will find your sites are still up. Im sure they will be back soon.

How can you give that much space away for free without placing adds on your client's pages?

I hate to say it, but this free host probably has the life expectancy of a house fly. I hope I'm wrong .. but .....
