50 Meg, FTP, mySQL/PHP

HI everybody,
I'm currently looking for a free webhost that would allow me publishing my FRENCH site. I've seen a lot of hoster offering what I need but they all only allowed English sites ...

I'm looking for :
Around 50-100 Meg of storage
1 (or more) mySQL database
PHP scripting
Around 2 GB BW

Thats about it ... if anyoen know 1 I'm ready to put Ads on my site (referably a 88*31 on each page) but I would take any banners as long as it's not pop-ups or 600*400 banners ... That's it.

there are a few other notes can't read it because can't speak french.

i don't think you will find an other host especially for french sites.
