A host with PHP & CGI & fast?

Unauthorized Access 401?????????

www.wsx.dk encountered some serieus problems this evening. I couldn't access with FTP, it all runned very slow if it runnen at all, and now it asks met to give a Password??
 
They're down again, but you could expect it with a win 200 server. But I have to say that brinkster is also on a win 200 server and is almost nerver down.
