about 20-30MB, no CGI, no required hits, no header banner. fast, reliable...?

I don't need too much space, about 20-30MB is enough.
I need Browser upload (multiple upload welcome) and FTP.
My site is static, no CGI required, don't need other service (messageboard, email...)
My site will have very few visitors, maybe 1 or 2 per week, or even less. I hope my site will not be deleted because of too few visitors.
I don't like header ad banner, but footer ad banner is OK.
Most important of all, FAST, and RELIABLE. I don't want that company closed in 1 or 2 years.

Any suggestions ?

Try brinkster.com. No ftp but pretty fast. Been there for quite a while.

worldzone has some drawback

Although some of you recommended worldzone to me.
But after trying for a while, I found some drawbacks.
It doesn't allow directory name with "-" , that is , I can't make a "my-pics" directory.

The worst is that, they don't accept frame-based web site. My web site is divided into two frames, after inserting their "codes", my web page can't show at all. !!! oh...my...

Any other better FWP ?

oh. by the way , I forgot to say, that , my site's content is Chinese, I hope this FWP can accept Chinese contents.

There is one rule in the TOS in sit.to.
They say that if I don't have any upload/download in three months, my site may be deleted.
My site may be very few visitors. Is there any other FWPs that allow very few visitors ?

But heha.net has a pop-up ad....That I can't stand.

In fact, I don't need a Chinese-based FWP, what I need is that they allow Chinese contents. Because some FWP's TOS say that they only accept English content....
footer AD is ok, allow my very low bandwidth...won't delete my site because of too few visitors...
someone told me to try out f2s, it seems conform to my requirement, but I haven't try it thoroughly.
