Well, as stated in the post, we just launched yesterday. So we've just begun.

And Sain,

We can guarantee that we won't disappear because we run a paid hosting business and that would set a bad image for BNexxus in general.

Also, we plan to maintain our 99.8% uptime but if its ever to fall below that, we'd definitely offer an incentive. [it hasn't been decided yet]
Actually, according to our uptime stats, we have 100% uptime..we're just using 99.8% incase our uptimes falls that low.
