allow members to upload and rank video in social network

does anyone know of any good scripts that I can embed into my social network to allow members to upload personal video and to be able to vote on those videos?
i am running handshakes software..if any one also knows how I would go about installing the script please pm me or reply

I am running handshakes 2.0, so I already have members and would like to incorporate it with the script, so that once there logged into my main page they wont have to log into the video site part again.. I've seen the youtube script, and im not sure if it will work and simply dont know how i would get that to work with it. If anyone can assist please help!
