Anime Site & Media Host

Hello!
I'm starting an anime website with media that is sure to have visitors. Specs:

Bandwidth: 500+gb
Space: 2gb
PHP
MySQL
And, payment is avaliable in money orders. My paypal is currently screwed up.
At most, $15 monthly.

Honestly, I do not think you can get 500 GB of bandwidth for $15 per month. That is about half the bandwidth of an average server, so you should expect to pay about half the price of a server.

It seems like you need more bandwidth, so I could give you 5 GB of space, and 350 GB of bandwidth for the same $44.95
 
As others have said above, you roughly need half the bandwidth of a dedicated server, so you are looking at a minimum of $50 per month.

Do you have permission to distribute the anime content?

You made a great test to filter out kiddie hosts, good job! Any host which will offer you such a package for $15 (or similar price) should be removed from your list immediately.

Actually I did read a few. Very few.

My point was that it's not only the irresponsible kiddie hosts that oversell by a huge amount. :(

Servage is a very successful hosting company who offers a great deal and that is because they only have 1 plan. And they make no custom plans.
