any better registrar?

Hi

Anybody have problem register domain with domainzero (both paid and free )? I can't access the following page ,
https://sslpay.commercetrust.com/cgi-sn/b2bnow/auth.cgi

Joker did not worth a try (it costs 25$ each time owner change) and domainzero did not work well (their system always inaccessible both registration and modification process )

Domainzero does go in and out sometimes, heh, but other than them, everyone seem to like 000domains.com

Does mydomain.com name servers currently work?

I get "Error: ns1.mydomain.com unreachable" when doing a
name server test...

I don't believe they have their own WHOIS server. They just use a script on their site which checks NSIs or InterNICs WHOIS...

If you want a professional company with actual capital, and are willing to pay just a little more, try checking out http://www.dotster.com. They charge $15/year, which is a little higher (but not that much higher) but they have really quick support and are generally more professional (and friendly) then some of the other ones.

I have been using http://www.totalnic.net/ to register
any new domains. I have had no problems with them
and its better for me to do changes.

I like them for two reasons, #1. the cost is cheap!
$35 for two-years, $15 for each after.

#2. I seem to have mor control over changes made..
I like that a little better )

another hints for bulkregister and enom

I modified namservers of a domain to

ns.hostA
ns2.hostA
ns.hostB
ns2.hostB

but the query result become

ns.hostA
ns.hostB
ns2.hostA
ns2.hostB

Ray, I'm not quite following what the point of this was? Could you explain what this meant? Is this a problem you are having? A suggestion?

enom and bulkregister 's database will sort your dns order again from what you entered to something different (maybe alphabetically).

Guess you change your dns order to
ns1.domain
ns3.domain
ns4.domain
ns2.domain

their system will sort your dns automatically to.
ns1.domain
ns2.domain
ns3.domain
ns4.domain

this would be a problem if ns1 and ns3 settings are different from ns4 and ns2 .
