Anybody try Vanilla Coke yet?

No, it's larger than a can. The 8 oz bottles are bigger looking than the 10 oz. They're the oddly shaped bottles, wide bottom, wide middle, small top, small between-the-bottom-and-middle. Signature of Coca-Cola. The 10 oz are just regular bottles. The glass is much thinner and less volume is wasted, so the bottle itself is smaller even though it holds more.

Actually it's the other way around... PepsiCo owns Taco Bell, KFC, Pizza Hut, and Chevy's Mexican Restaurants. Here in Arizona, they're starting to put Taco Bell and Pizza Hut together in the same restaurant.

They've had a few Taco Bell/Pizza Hut/Texacos around here for years. Does PepsiCo have any share of Texaco perhaps?

Back on topic, I love the new Vanilla Coke. Great stuff!

--EDIT-- First thing I noticed about Pepsi Twist: Pepsi + 7Up = Pepsi Twist

Also. Royal Crown Cola is the best, with Jolt Cola coming in at a close 2nd place.

I actually haven't tried Pepsi Twist, but I love Diet Coke with Lemon! :D

I don't know how much I would read into any fast food partnerships with gas stations. There have been quite a few around here. Taco Bell used to go in with both Texaco StarMart and Circle K. Now they've pulled out for the most part and Del Taco has gone into a number of Texacos.

What the hell? Is this Vanilla Coke meant to be a new thing? When we still had Johnny Rocket's over here, I was buying Vanilla Coke, Cherry Coke, Chocolate Coke and Lemon Coke. Why is everyone acting like Vanilla Coke is new when it isn't? :confused2

Maybe the Aussie's invented it and yet another Aussie invention was taken over by the USofA :p

Must be something mixed at a bar--this Vanilla coke is bottled at the coke plants, f00s. I don't think vanilla pepsi will be coming out anytime soon though. :p

You don't have Johnny Rocket's anymore? They're still in almost every mall here.

Although Vanilla Coke's have been possible from fountains for awhile, this is the first time it's been sold in bottles and cans.

Maybe those things were mixed into the soda at the store. I think I heard something like that. I don't don't drink coke (or any other carbonated thing for that matter) but, I do know that such a process existed.

Still do.... never heard of Johnny Rocket's until I came to WA. I have seen only one... which is at a Westfield shopping centre.

Coca Cola has no taste whatsoever.

Pepsi has a lot of taste. You know what you are drinking.

Johnny Rocket's is at the Galleria, in Morely. I haven't dined at Johnny Rocket's - are they any good??

It could be the only Johnny Rocket's in WA.

I haven't tried vanilla coke but it sounds nice, but i've had some diet coke with lemon and it's absolutely gorgeous the best thing i've ever tasted as a carbonated drink!

I've never eaten there either. The one that was in the mall by my house closed years ago, but I know of at least three other malls here that still have one.

In your dreams. Pepsi tastes like super reprocessed gunk, Coke tastes less processed. Pepsi tastes like it was runned through industrial pipes sixty times. Gross!

I've never cared that much for Pepsi/Diet Pepsi either. I only drink it when I'm at one of those crappy restaurants that only carries Pepsi products. :(

Pepsi really tastes like something that they would use to clean pipes in some industrial waste processing center or something...
