I will be able to take some of your clients if they are interested in the ad-supported scheme. I use Google Adsense though so you might want to ask your clients first.
Cybertoad Networks is one of the oldest FREE hosts open more than 9 years
(Started January 2, 1997) and is directly supported by 73 other commercial
hosting brands that we own allowing us the financing to continue to run stable
without the need for any kind of forced advertising.
We routinely pickup new clients from hosts that are folding or otherwise
going out of business and in the past year alone, we have picked up a
good 20,000 extra new clients in this manner from folding hosts and in
some of those cases, those hosts transferred us their primary domains
and we continued to keep those hosts open and operating even after
the original owners had turned in the towel and left.

You should certainly have Cybertoad take up the slack, they have an amazing reputation, lots of ppl will say so, I'm a host, and I'm happy to say you should probably use them, there are plenty of other hosts with the know how, but they have offered and you shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth....
