Breezeland seems like a decent host, but I am wondering 2 things.

First, can any users tell me how hard it is to keep up with their banner system?

Second, do they support ASP?

I saw somewhere that they support Apache ASP.. is that the same as normal ASP?

I would appreciate any comments about them..
 
Breezeland is an OK host but is taking forever to open user accounts.
E.g my account with them isn't functioning, and I need it. Hasn't functioned for close to a week.
 
The best host similar to Breezeland, that I have heard nothing but good reviews from , is www.amzweb.net They seem fast and you get loads of scripting languages with no ads and 1gb transfer.

You don't have to click the ads, only post at the forum, but that is a small price to pay for the 'paid host' quality that is available.

Oh well, it looks like the same service. Even the title of the page still says AMZWeb.net :D
 
Breezland ... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!

Breezeland is such a waste of time .

Pretty website , seems to offer the world and more ...

But the reality is ...

The service and quality SUKKS and Then Some .

BOTH for the FREE hosting and their paid crap !

On a scale of 1 - 10 , with 1 being the worst and 10 being the best ... I would rate them a - O ... ( negative zero) .

The website is very flashy , very pretty and contains so much fluff ... makes you think you have finally found that right host and have stumbled across a doggon gold mine ... NOT !

That place is a NIGHTMARE !!!!

Downtime ... ALL THE TIME !

Promises, Promises and More promises ... ALL EMPTY !

One problem after the other then to top it off they lost everybodies information and you had to RE-sign up all over again and start from scratch .

They have a forum which at one point contained NOTHING but mostly COMPLAINTS , so now when a complaint is posted they are now quickly deleting that stuff from the board , this makes a new viewer think that all is well and fine there ... NOT !!!!

And another thing ...

When you complain about there POOR service ... some of the community leaders who man the forum board respond with insults , attitude and even tell you to go places **** and are very very nasty !

They continuously tell you that they are upgrading this server and adding this new stuff and it just goes on and on and on with poor service and poorer quality continuously , but they tell you again and again, over and over ... it'll get better , were adding this new server etc ... NOT !!!!!

I spent almost 3 months at that doggon Breezeland pit and just recently wised up , after seeing others posting their bad experiences there , in other forums and after I had just had ENUF !

Do yourself a big favor and donot get caught up in the Breezeland fluff and promises there ... IT NEVER ENDS !

They are the PITS !

U69 inherited everything from AMZ and they are still in the
process of updating all the logos and graphics.

As I understand it, the forum and hosting will be the same
and on the same servers still located at AMZ Web Hosting
but managed by someone new.

A couple of posts on their forum indicate that they'll be
operating as an independant reseller under AMZ Web Hosting.

So far their really hasn't been any noticable changes from
AMZ to U69 other than the change in the name. I keep
watching though.

u69.us has always sucked because the kid mods there delete your posts making it impossible to receive an account. :classic2:
