Buying your company

I am not sure what to call this so I am just going to say it. I have wondered from the moment I came up with the concept of my main corporation what to do with it. Well I have sorta decided for the time being. My main corporation which is Beale Corporation International will be a parent company to any companies in which I either start myself or purchase from another person. It will own and manage that company.

If you have a business you have started but have become tired of doing or can no longer do the business anymore and would like to either give it away or sell it then please send an e-mail to sales@bealecorpintl.com. Are you a registered company anywhere? Because if someone was to sell a registered company and you are't I think a few problems could arise.
 
@hostguide101.com - I don't have one. Just send your offers to sales@bealecorpintl.com and we will give it consideration. If it is something we think we would like we will make an offer.

@computerhelpworld - Right now I currently am not. People can sell whatever they like as long as they are the sole owners to that company.
 
actually, calling yourself corporation, should mean your business is legally incorporated and is a registered business, otherwise just call it a "business".
 
Granted I called it that in the first post but I dont consider it that. Itis just the main company that owns and manages any company I own personally. Whether it is one I have started myself or one I have bought or taken from someone else. The name of the main company is Beale Corporation International. That just the name of the business. Just like Mid Knight Entertainment is just the name of my entertainment company.

If your just going to trash what I decide to call it then don't respond. I am only interested in people who are wanting to sell their companies or dont want to deal with it anymore.
 
I am not even trashing you. It's just that you're a little misleading. You sound like a big enterprise but you are actually not. You see, saying

is not even a company or a corporation. It's rather a "sole proprietorship", that is if you are registered. I know exactly your point and in fact that is very common to call any "business entity" (most specially in the internet) a company or a corporation.. My point is that it's improper to do that. If you think I am trashing you, no, I am actually helping you, because when a real business wants to deal with you and they find out you're not really a corporation, you know that could affect your reputation using that name. I hope you get my point here, I know exactly what you think, in fact I like to do that too before, but then I realize "corporations" actually implies that my business have stocks, board of directors, etc. It defines the structure of a business. Okay too much rant, peace.
 
Ok the companies, businesses, enterprises, corporations, whatever you want to call them that are in my signature. I own them personally minus Nymka Hosting Solutions. They are in fact what you first said. "Sole proprietorship" I am the only owner to them. No one else. A corporation is what they never will be, because like you said a corporation has stocks, board of directors, etc. Which none of my companies never will as long as I can help it.

I don't twist anyone's arm to do business with me. Most of the companies you see on the net are not registered. That doesn't mean my company is any less reliable than one that started. At some point all my companies will be registered but as a sole proprietorship. Like I said before "Beale Corporation International" is just a name. Just like my other companies have a name. I get your point, dont get me wrong.

PS. What do you think a sole proprietorship is if not a company?

EDIT: when I said earlier "Minus Nymka Hosting Solutions" I was meaning I am not the only owner. I am one of the admin & co-owners.

quite simple, a company is made of 2 or more people. anyway, lets stop this discussion, both of our points have been made.
 
Don't take this as a perverted thing or nothing but I like your style. To be honest a company can have even just 1 person in it. Depending on the company and stuff. Right now mine has 4 people in it.

I don't mean to start an argument or anything but I'd thought I should warn you that in certain countries you are not allowed to have a company with words such as corporation, incorporated and etc if you are not actually registered as such a company. Again, I just wanted to let you know so you don't run into any legal issues or something.

Well if this countries does want to be like that. I will simply let them know that just because my main company has the word "Corporation" in it. Does not mean I consider it as such. The only way I will ever put the initials Inc. after a company name is if in fact it is a registered company. I know you all are looking after me more a less. I appreciate it. I plan to register all of them before to long.

Well first of all that is my intentions and secondly no one has to shut up. If you dont like this thread and what it is about then don't post. There are plenty of others. Everyone has a right to express their opinions.

I know it was in my defense and I appreciate it. I was just making a statement that everyone has a right to their opinion regardless if anyone agrees with it or not. I didn't realize there would be this much whatever over it. O well, got to take the bad with the good.
