Q. What Payments do you currently accept?
A. Currently at this time we only accept PayPal, and Payza (AlertPay). We're working on adding more Payment Processors.
Q. How long does it take to setup account
A. All accounts are activated within 2-4 hours
Q. I live an a International Area can I still order services from you ?
A. Yes you can still order services from us however if you wanted purchase a device you'll need to purchase your own device from an online store that ships to your area has we don't ship International we can only assign USA Numbers when you purchase service through us.
Q. Can I add more minutes to my account
A. Yes you can add more minutes to your account at anytime we charge you only 0.1 per each an extra minute so if you wanted to add 400 mins your total cost would be $4.00 to add 400 minutes.
Q. Does BuzzVOIP offer refunds
A. Yes we offer 15 days moneyback no question ask if you cancel before your 15 days is up you'll be required to send the equipment back if you ordered an equipment from us if you purchase your own device or didn't purchase any equipment through us you'll receive a full refund.
Q. Who Do you ship from ?
A. We Ship from USPS - United States Postal Services
Q. Can I Use my Services without a Device ?
A. Yes you can use your services using X-lite with the sip account information that will be emailed to you upon account activation
Q. How do I Activate my own Device ?
A. Once you've order & received your device submit a support ticket to us with the MAC ID of your device we'll being to provision your device for you. (Please allow upto 2-4 hours for this to be completed.)
