Try a graphical menu for the header, as you want the main menu to stand out.

- Use cellpadding, as said by the others.
- The page seems to lack some sort of a line to separate the contents from the footer.
- You may want to consider using php news scripts to save the hassle of updating the files everytime you want to have new news.

You site looks great

1 = I like the cell color change.
2 = I like the mouse over link style.
3 = The load time is about as fast as can be.

All in all a great job....
