Cheap and reliable host

Hey all,

I need a cheap and reliable host that offers support between 4pm-9pm GMT+10 (Eastern Australian time) or close to it. Support can be on MSN or supportdesk.

I am looking for:
  • 250mb space min.
  • 5gig transfer min.
  • Unlimited - subdomains, FTP accounts
  • US$80/YEAR or less
  • List features for my inspection
The host must be reliable, and the owner must know what their doing. I want good uptime and the secure servers (any host with a history of people hacking their servers, I will ignore).

Server location is a must to know, though you don't need to post it here - I will get back to you on it.

Adult content: our site will not contain adult content, however, at times various peoples will have access to upload files to our account which will not be checked by us immediately. Thus I do not want a host that will terminate an account if there is any adult content present - though this does not mean I want adult hosting either.
