co-location is where you house YOUR OWN server at somewhere with mucho bandwith (hopefully) and you pay them for monthly for powering your server and providing the bandwith to YOUR server etc

No....

reselling is reselling your paid space of a server from a company.

Co-location is that you send in your own server(you can send in a peice of crap from your basement) and have it hooked up to the companies connection.

It's a figure of speech. Replying to a thread more than a week or so old is considered 'digging up a thread'. Where the thread is located on a page is irrelavant.
