Clean layout, perhaps a good idea would be to centre the entire website rather than it being stuck to the top.

Needs more content, other than that definitely better than your previous.

set table height to 100% and then.. fix that logo. it looks like it was made in.. word art?

It looks far better than the Action Realty site. The colors are clean, the layout is nice. I guess its not your fault that it needs your content...
