I am about to release a new service and figure that CPA is the only option that will work for me. The product/service I want to promote is SMS Marketing (Australia and USA only) which has a monthly fee of US$5 plus SMS costs on top of that, I am willing to pay US$3-4 per sale/registration.
I only have a small budget, so a $250 set-up/prepaid is out the question. Any thing that can meet my needs?
