Hello,

I have sent the following message out to all of our clients via E-Mail & through our company forums.

I know this comes at short notice and as said within the message we would usually plan these upgrades well in advance, however it is a really brief downtime expected to last no longer than 15 minutes

Hello,

In order to continually improve our service to clients and offer the best possible place to host your files we have arranged a server upgrade to our current Shared webhosting server named simply "server.crunch-host.com" as it is our first server.

We would normally plan these upgrades/downtimes well in advance to avoid causing any disruption or hastle to our clients, however as this is a fairly simple downtime that will cause NO LONGER than 15 minutes downtime we have this scheduled for Softlayer(Our datacentre service host) to take the server offline in just under 2 hours At approx 10PM GMT Or 4PM CST (USA Time).

The purpose of the upgrade is an addition of a further 2GB RAM(Memory) and an additional 250GB SATA HDD which we hope you agree will be a great addition to what you already have and will allow Crunch-host as a company to expand our current setup further.

We hope this isn't a major hastle for customers and as a thankyou to loyal customers currently hosted we will upgrade your current hosting account adding a further 1GB Diskspace OR 5GB Bandwith.

Thank's for your continued patience during this small upgrade, and best of luck for your websites future!

Regards,
