I agree with Jan.

I'm hosted with them and everything is great, the speed, the uptime (not that great but more than 99%...) and even the support has been fine for me. Maybe I'm someone who doesn't need a lot of support, so I can't complain much about that part.

I personaly own 2 normal account with them and I ordered an AYW (new plans) account this week. Also recommanded them to friends that now use them.
