If it's a big firm, it might be a good opportunity. Frankly, jumping around the country will leave you in a spot you don't want to be pretty quickly. Not being able to retain personal relationships is one of the worst things you can do to yourself. But the economy is tough, so you do what you have to do.
Thats part of what I am scared of but if I do go then my fiancee will be going with me.

Well they only offered me $12/hr and $500 relocate
Today while I was at work I was informed of a transfer opening that would allow me to make close to $10/hr with out moving so I have decided I am going to pass on moving to TX and stay here for $2/hr less [$4200/yr less I can live with that]
