I'd do all the chitter-chatter I usually do, but alas, nobody really seems to read it. So, I'll just list the guidelines and explain along the way.
- 75-100 megabytes of webspace.
- Decent amount of bandwidth (I don't need the tremendous amount most free hosts "offer" nowadays)
- PHP5 as well as MySQL programming languages. Databases needed. A large plus is RubyOnRails, which I've been dying to try out.
- No bright, colorful, flashy, distracting ads. Preferably text ads or Google ads placed at my discretion.
- I'm not a big forum person. I've accumulated the small amount of posts here over eight months, so that should give you a clue. Also, I really haven't seen a single, understandable reason as to how posting twenty-five times per month helps the host in any way.
