All sites are unavailable or slow from time to time - even one as big and popular as Yahoo.

You can't really judge a host's services from one visit. To make a fair assessment you need to have an active account with them for several weeks at least.

My whole entire neighborhood has cable, there must be at least 30+ people on my grid and when I had 256K It never took me close to 5 minutes to load a site as simple as that one. I know my neighbors too every single one of them probably was downloading as many files on kazaa as possible. So while cable is slowed down by multiple connections (My service is especially crappy as I am located in a hill) the shared bandwith does not affect it to the point of making it that slow. It was most likely just a slow moment in their servers as wysardry stated.


Just my 2 cents.
 
T35 loaded very fast over here, but of course I'm not in China right now. I think it loads fairly quickly there too, though. :confused2

but the ftp does not work for me :confused:

some guy say it is the best free host:rolleyes:
