Does anyone know of any good free AND paid email marketing software programs?

I am looking for a program that allows me to send out basically email newsletters to members that subscribe to receive them. Kind of like what we all get from time to time in our email boxes, but mine will only be sent to those who are on a special list.

Couldn't you use the email list feature in cPanel? Or do not absolutely need a software?

That program doesn't work the exact way I need it to. It bounces a lot of emails back to you.

The kind of program I am speaking of will let people subscribe and unsubscribe automatically, and customize it to them specifically, or make it look that way anyways.

I would say that there are options like Aweber or Getresponse. Did you think about these 2?
