If it's possible, I would like a free hosting service which is a reliable hosting, friendly & supportive admins , also friendly & supportive community on their forum (the bigger community the better they are).
I have a website (under developing) contains my portfolio & artworks, small digital-art community, on another free hosting service, Click here to view it. And I also want to move my studio's website, click here to view the old site. All my site are all in English.
I want to move the site to a better server uptime hosting since the current host have some downtime issue, lack of community activity on the forum (please don't take it personal to related host, it's just my noob opinion).

- Fantastico: yes
- Diskspace: at least 500Mb - 1000Mb (free upgrade request)
- Monthly Bandwidth: at least 2Gb (free upgrade request)
- MySQL Database: at least 3
- Sendmail or PHPMail: Enabled
- Webmail: Yes (recommended), it's ok if there's No.
- File Restriction: No file restriction, although I will not add illegal downloadable content/media.
- FTP Access: Enabled
- FTP Account: at least 1
- Free .com domain: If you can offer me free with some agreements, why not
- My ads: allowed, adsense & affiliates.
- Your ads/link back: No problem for me if it's a not a framed top-bottom adsense. Recommended ads is based on my design (banner) to fit in my website with your approval. If you want big banner placed on my site then let me to do the design, and trust me I'll bring you more traffic.
- Forum post: Not if I should do an initial post to get the hosting service, but I will become a regular & active poster during my website's developing, that's why I'm looking for a good community. I've tried a post-to-host service before, I've met the requirements but didn't get a hosting account as they promise, now I'm still waiting for their approval for almost a month (that sux :tired2...ok nevermind that.
- The Upgrades...Why Free??: I don't have any credit cards or a paypal account. Will pay the free upgrades with my activity on the forum, a support for the hosting on design related issue.
- Other features: You tell me, I'm just a noob on webhost stuff
