Alright well I'm selling gfxLegacy.
The domain is http://www.gfxlegacy.com
I already have two offers on it from a previous post, so just telling everone.
There are offers of 150 USD and possibly 200 USD.
The DOMAIN was created Feb 19, 2006.
It has been registered until Feb 19, 2008.
It currently has a google pagerank of 4/10.
The actual site has been up since Nov 4, 2006 and in the time that I've been working on it it has gotten almost 1000 members and more than 10k posts.
We had some really dedicated members, but due to lack of time, as I am still in school and this was back in March when I had finals, I told the members that I would not be able to work on it and I would email them all when I would be working on the site again.
They still stay in contact with me via AIM/MSN, so yeah.
They are good designers and dedicated members as well.
You will be getting all the files, databases, etc.
I am willing to host it, depending on how much space/bw/etc you'll need, for an additional fee.
I'll push the domain to you, you'll get cpanel access and all that jazz. But we can talk about that privately on AIM/MSN/PM.
I am NOT selling the IPB license with this, so you'll need your own IPB license/key or convert it to a different forum.
I will remove my own private files off the server so yeah.
It also has a nice handful of INSTALLED and WORKING modifications.

It is currently hosted on a dedicated server.
It has openads integrated with it, so there is a way in order to get people to pay and get ads displayed.
It got 1.7k+ hits a month during the time when I was active and worked on it with my other staff and the site was active.
Now it gets about 1.2k+ hits a month while I'm not working on it.
