Where i can Test all of that... because i dont know anything about ASP and i dont have ideas what they are offering... i think because i am a Linux User... and i think Win32 Sucks... well, can you explaine a little bit ;) ...

Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww It runs on windows thats a feature.... I wouldn't go around telling my members that GO TUX!!!I give its uptime abou 2 days tops
 
i already have an account with them for 2 months now, just ignoring it, it just for testing/learning .NET WebMatrix(I have downloaded it and Frameworks SDK too, but ain't worth it, for me off course...), that's why they may terminate our accounts whenever they want....
 
i think i know why usually people don't like Microsoft.

Ok, they charge to much for their products(sometimes), but they are on their right to earn $ from them, they hire programmers and all to build them, most of the users here are programmers to and they don't wotk for free do they ?

i would say more, but it would be to much :topic:, so maybe if someone starts a new thread in general discussion....

well, about this server, as i said before, i don't really think it's worth the trouble... ( but who am i to say anything about it that really can influence your opinion ?!? )

I hope Linux take over some day so we get rid of this monopoly that Gates is running...and future looks good, Linux become better and better and easier to install for ordinary users ... :D
 
i cant tell u how but i saw a memo the other day from a SENIOR M$ executive to Bill himself, saying that they were under SERIOUS threat from Linux and other open sourced Organistantions

the long and short of the memo and resulting exchange of mail was that microsoft was going to "Join them, owing to thier inability to beat them"

i have hered that microsoft is tryin to buy unix and then say that linux is a ilegal copy of unix ... SUX


Wherever some people like ASP|.net and the only form to use it is whit microsoft unfortunaly....

but some day Linux will rule And M$ is going to crash
 
the problem is linux is source based, until they come up with a binary dependant dist and gaming, m$ will win for home users
