depends on your peers. Japenese audio is legal in US (although its in good nature not to distribute) because they do not pertain to international copyright unless the company had actually asked for an international copyright (very few do). Same goes for english audio which is distributable in Japan. :D

some are unliscensed but they are sponsorard by a couple specific companies.
take naruto for example...it was licensed like 3 months before it's released in america.

Nope. It was already licensed to begin with. No matter what, it's still licensed even if its not from your country. :shame:
 
Not unless its under INTERNATIONAL copyright. Fansubs are what has brought anime to America. Cause what idiot goes and pays 25 bucks per volume for 7 volumes for something he's never seen? Face it the previews suck. They make their shows look so good when in reality they are total BS. So if the Japanese want to keep 40% of their buying market they better keep their hands off distribution :D

actually ur wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if one company actaully licensed the anime.......everywhere its licensed already and it is counted illegal to download them !!
