I've just been using this host since about the time this thread was posted, but so far it's fantastic and there doesn't seem to be any strings attached. Signing up is very quick and easy, and I haven't noticed any limits that he didn't mention. (One great thing on top of everything else is that there are no ads and no required posting.)

And yes, it is 250MB. That misprint shows up a lot, though.
